Lido imax There's a central circular sitting area underneath the big screen but otherwise, the waiting area look sparse and empty. The guide told us that there are plans to bring in the chairs and tables in the future. It would be a shame if there's so much space but no where to sit and hangout while waiting for the movies. Lido Imax will be opening its doors on May 19 with Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides in 3D. Till then, Shaw Lido Theaters will be screening free Imax 3D movie trailers from May 6 to 15 between 12pm to 8pm daily.
