Kanimozhi who is taking all the best advices from his lawyers couldn’t able to digest that she is gonna be arrested by CBI very soon after her final hearing. Because of Raja who made all the alignments and diverted Rs. 200 Cr to the TV channel made all the transfers and as Kanimozhi was one of the share holders of TV channel she was accused.
DMK MP and Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi’s daughter Kanimozhi moved a bail application in the 2G scam case on Friday. The Hindu reports that minutes after the court pronounced its order, some of DMK supporters broke down while others were seen making frantic calls. Most of Karunanidhi’s senior cabinet colleagues, including son and deputy chief minister MK stalin, turned up at DMK patriarch’s Gopalapuram residence but none of the leaders intreacted with the media personnel there.
The bail applications are dismissed. Both the accused be taken into custody forthwith,” Special CBI Judge OP Saini said. According to some media sources, aspecial Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court Friday deferred till Saturday its decision on the bail plea by DMK parliamentarian Kanimozhi, named a co-conspirator in the 2G spectrum allocation case. The daughter of DMK chief M Karunanidhi has been arrested including and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi and four others in the 2G spectrum scam case.
